Abstract Description : Evaluation as a human activity, is not new, it is as old as recorded history and perhaps much older. The term evaluation comes from Latin word “Valor” which means strength. Educators use the term to identify the process of determining the strength or value of work. It is a way of measuring the results of educational activities. The different kinds of evaluation may be classified according to the degree of their formality and precision.
